This is what grabbed my attention at the very first instant. Continuous urbanisation and deforestation have led us to live a life devoid of greens, which is actually taking a toll on our lives. Thus, a landscaped garden within the residential complex makes Dream Exotica a highly preferred destination.
Children’s Play Area: I was looking for a residential complex where my kids could have a safe and secured play area. I am a working mom, so a secured play zone for my kids was something I would be looking for more than anything else. Luckily, this upcoming project of Jain Group offered me exactly what I was looking for.
In short, this upcoming project of Jain Group has offered me everything as promised. Before booking, when I went for a site visit, I was pretty much satisfied with their site plan. And, when they gave everything on papers, I did not spare a second thought to make a decision.
